The Problem:
The computer support was being done by one of the C.A.'s in the firm. His billable time was being eaten up by physically going to each desktop at least once a week installing various auditing and tax software updates during tax season.
The Solution:
By installing a Linux terminal server that communicates with Windows desktops, we were able to save the endless installations to all of the desktops to just one installation per year. The updates are installed on the server about once a week and the client desktops end up using the latest version automatically. This approach saves billable time that can be used to generate business income.

Generating Caseview financial statements for each client was too time consuming and the profit margin was decreasing as a result.
The Solution:
Using our Caseview templates that utilize the mapping features in Caseware, it enables you to add accounts and make changes to the file without changing the financial statment structure. When you enter the trial balance, the financial statements are already done.
